Cutler Announces Grants for Two Area Farms

June 30, 2025

HARRISBURG – Rep. Bryan Cutler (R-Peach Bottom) today announced that two farms in the 100th District have been awarded grants to increase capacity and create growth opportunities throughout Pennsylvania’s food supply chain.

Cedar Meadow Farm in Holtwood has received $449,898 to assist in the construction of a packing house and cold storage to improve local produce quality and market access.

Coddiwomple Canning Company in Gap has received $96,530 for an expansion of custom preservation and delivery services to support fruit and vegetable farmers they work with.

“This is a great investment into two area farms that supports continued agriculture investment into the 100th District,” said Cutler.

This funding comes from Pennsylvania’s Resilient Food Systems Infrastructure (RSFI) grant program. The RSFI program provides a dollar-for-dollar match to support product processing and distribution and aggregation of products from multiple farms to help meet demand for local, seasonal and fresh food.
